Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
High Altitude Hockey
CSAHA does not typically refund registration fees for limited season Leagues. If a player sustains an injury that prevents them from continuing to participate in the League, CSAHA may provide a pro-rated refund at it's discretion.
8U and Learn•To•Play Programs

Colorado Cup
Tournament entry confirmation does NOT constitute acceptance for any CSAHA tournament. Teams will be notified of acceptance. Entry fees will be refunded for teams that are not accepted for a tournament. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a team has been accepted into a tournament. Girls Summer Ice

Pikes Peak Recreational
Tournament entry confirmation does NOT constitute acceptance for any CSAHA tournament. Teams will be notified of acceptance. Entry fees will be refunded for teams that are not accepted for a tournament. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a team has been accepted into a tournament. Off Season & Spring Teams
Please refer to the CSAHA Registration Document for 2025. Registration fees FOR SPRING TEAMS are fully refunded if player does not get placed on a team or if there is not enough interest to field a team.

CSAHL (Adult Leagues)
CSAHA generally does not provide refunds for adult leagues. Please contact Mike Greene at michael.greene@csaha.com if you need to discuss receiving a refund.
