Managing Your Crossbar Account

The following information will help you manage your Crossbar account, from creating your account, adding & registering your player(s), using your Family Calendar, updating your payment information and more.

Creating Your Crossbar Account

Note - this is your information as the player's parent/guardian - not your player's information. You must establish your account before adding or registering your player(s).

  • Start by clicking the Sign Up link at the top left of the site, over Colorado Springs Tigers & our logo.
  • Enter your email address and the password you would like to use for your account.
  • You'll be sent a verification email with a link to activate your account - click that link to verify your account.
  • After verifying your account you will be able to complete your account set up by entering your name and phone number.

Add your Player(s)

Once your account is set up you'll be able to add your player(s).

When setting up your player's profile, it is important to use the same name, address and birth date for your player on both their USA Hockey registration and their Crossbar profile. All this information is cross-checked when rostering players.

  • Log into Crossbar, select the Participant tab, then Add Participant.
  • Complete your Player's profile.

Add additional participants as needed.

Account Menu Options

The Crossbar Account Menu offers several options for managing your account. These are the menu options you'll see on your Dashboard:

  • Participants: Add new participants (players) and manage their profile.
  • Teams: This is where you can see your teams. Go to a team page by clicking on the appropriate button.
  • Volunteer: Sign up for volunteer opportunities.
  • Billing: This section allows you to view your balances & payments. Note: To view or capture a screenshot of payment history, navigate to Account>Participants>Registration History & choose "View Details" for the registration you need.
  • Settings: Update your account profile.
  • Notifications: Set your email notifications.
  • Pages: Any CSAHA Private Pages you have access to will show in this section.
  • Logout: Log out of your Crossbar account.

Add a Parent or Guardian to a Player Profile

Follow these steps to add an adult family member to your player(s) profile so they can view schedules and receive team notifications. The parent who registered the player must be the one to add people to the player's profile.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the Participants tab to see the player you want to add a family member to.
  • Select View Details next to the player's name.
  • Click Add Account - enter the family member's email address in the form then click the Add Account button.

If the person you are adding already has a Crossbar account they will be added to the player's profile immediately.

If the person does not have a Crossbar account they will be sent a verification email. They must follow the instructions in the email and click on the validation link. This will prompt them to create their Crossbar account. Once they have created their account they will be added to the player's profile.

The parent who registered the player will be able to see who has been added to the player's profile through the View Details link.

Updating Payment Information

If you have future, scheduled payments for a registration, you can update your payment information in your Crossbar account. You cannot change your payment amount or scheduled payment dates.

  • Log in to your Crossbar account.
  • Go to the Participants link and click on the player whose payment information needs updated.
  • Scroll to Registration History and click on View Details.
  • Click the Edit link in the Payment Method column.
  • Enter your new card information for each payment you want to update.

Setting Up Your Family Calendar

Syncing your Family Calendar to your personal device to keep everyone organized!

To sync your Family Calendar from the Tigers Hockey website, login to your Crossbar account and click on the Family Calendar link at the top left of the site (next to Account).

You'll see the calendar for your participants/teams with an option to download a Calendar Feed. Feeds are available for Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple Calendar. There will also be a URL link for other calendar services.
